Born in Brisbane, Australia, she has now been living in Germany for 18 years. As head of Marketing & Business Development, she manages the entire lifecycle of our products – from market analysis, idea management to product management through to launch and sales support.

Studying Mechanical Engineering and working for a mining company first, she quickly realized that work could mean more. She then earned her PhD in Ophthalmology & Vision Science and made her start in the medical technology sector.

What drives her? The technical challenges of a complex, innovative product, balanced with ensuring it is economically sustainable and improves and saves lives is what her heart is now beating for.
