Weeks ago we proudly announced it! Together with our partners from RWTH Aachen University and NHS The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospital we won the Horizon Impact Award 2020 with the new mobile driving unit EXCOR® Active. This was also associated with a generous prize money of 10,000 Euros, which we would now like to donate. We support the pediatric MCS therapy at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Hospital Munich with 5,000 Euros. Another 5,000 Euro go to the pediatric MCS therapy at Freeman Hospital Newcastle upon Tyne. Both centers will invest the money to make the time on the ward as pleasant as possible for children with heart disease and their parents.
